Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Remiaft LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States ("Remiaft", "we", "us"), and govern your use of VendorGuard at vendorguard.remiaft.llc, its API and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you accept them on its behalf.

The Service

VendorGuard checks Android packages (APKs) and web addresses against the risk signals of third-party security vendors and presents the results as reports. Results reflect what those vendors report at the time of the check. They are provided for information only, may be incomplete or change later, and are not a guarantee that a file or site is safe or unsafe, nor legal or professional advice.

Accounts

You must give accurate information when you register and keep your password and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload files or submit addresses you have no right to analyze, or that infringe others' rights;
• use the Service to develop, test or distribute malware, or to evade security products for harmful purposes;
• bypass quotas, rate limits, human verification or other protections, or access the Service by automated means other than the published API;
• interfere with or overload the Service, or try to access data that is not yours;
• resell the Service or its results in bulk without our written permission;
• break any applicable law, including export control and sanctions laws.

Your content and reports

You keep your rights in the files and addresses you submit. You give us the permission needed to store, process and send them to security vendors in order to run the Service, and to keep the resulting reports. Anyone with a report link can view that report, so share links with care.

Prices, payments and subscriptions

Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe. Memberships bought by card are subscriptions that renew automatically every month until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from the billing portal, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.

Balance top-ups, scan credits, single paid scans and paid re-scans are credited after payment is confirmed. Except where the law requires otherwise or we decide otherwise in a specific case, payments are non-refundable and balances cannot be withdrawn as cash. We may change prices for future billing periods with notice.

API

API access depends on your plan and is subject to the limits in the developer documentation. We may change, suspend or rate-limit the API to protect the Service.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and brand, belongs to Remiaft LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to our trademarks. Vendor names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, create risk for others or the Service, or where required by law.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY RESULT IS CORRECT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMIAFT LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Indemnity

You will indemnify Remiaft LLC against claims, losses and costs arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
